Jr. Hospitality Professional-General Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older.
A minimum of 20 hour/week commitment (Friday and Saturday availability required)
Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Engaged in serving the guest, is a connector of people, and wields their influence to improve performance and morale of the team.
Must be able to meet the position's physical demands, including standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching.
Exhibit professionalism in every situation.

Available to work all shifts as necessitated by the business (Monday through Saturday, 5:00 am - 12:00 am).

Prior leadership experience.
Available to work all shifts as necessitated by the business (Monday through Saturday, 5:00 am - 12:00 am).
Organizes the workflow through the available Team Leaders.
Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated, positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Keeps their team engaged in serving the guest, and wields their influence to improve the performance and morale of the team.
Monitors the business performance throughout their assigned day-part in order to make adjustments to the business when necessary.
Monitor business performance on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis including metrics such as Sales, Productivity, Food Cost, etc.
Responsible for the restaurant’s condition inside and outside. Any issues should be communicated.
Is a multiplier of the business, not just through running assigned shifts, but contributing to the goals and vision of the business at large.
Directs and develops team members according to our hospitality professional model.
Can understand and articulate the vision at large for the organization and for Chick-fil-A.
Ability to respond well to coaching.
Serves guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity and respect.
